We invite you in with a cool glass of water or warm cup of tea, allowing you to relax and leave the worries of the world behind you. Each service begins with a thorough consultation so we may best address your needs.
Originally located on Lexington Avenue, we were fortunate enough to move to the Tops for Shoes building on College Street in October of 2009. Since relocating, we have expanded our spa service offerings; including massage, facials, and nail services. Our massage services are approached with a therapeutic philosophy.
Our facials provide nourishing skin care using the highest quality organic products. Our nail services are relaxing and rejuvenating, employing the latest innovations including shellac and gel polish treatments in a clean safe environment. As always, our hair services are provided by well educated professional stylists who are passionate about their work.

Kristen “Copper” Seymour, Stylist
Copper's hair styling journey began years ago in the home she grew up in... She was known amongst her family and friends as "The Fixer", for her ability to right the wrongs that had been done to their hair as well as her own. Over the years, her passion for styling has only grown stronger, and her ability to fix has evolved into the art of creation and helping others to invent new images for themselves. Her goal is to help others feel beautiful! For the past nine years, Copper has resided in the mountains of Western North Carolina, where she has a deep and continual appreciation for all that the area has to offer. After obtaining her professional certification in Cosmetic Arts, she found the path led her to Asheville and ultimately to Adorn.
Here she found her fit. The Salon encourages creative minds to hone the art of their craft. This is the atmosphere where Copper thrives... a venue where she can express the dance of endless contrasts and dimensions that the world of styling has to offer. When not at the salon, Copper keeps herself busy with photography, collage art, sewing, writing, reading, hooping, laughing and all things outdoors.
Amanda McKenzie, Stylist
An Asheville native, Amanda likes to stay close to family, friends and the beautiful mountains where she grew up. She began her career in 2005, attending Carolina College of Hair Design. Searching for new opportunities, she looked downtown. After visiting Adorn, she knew it was perfect fit. This was the environment to allow her to be free-spirited, and bring her young fresh style to blend with Adorn’s creative and eclectic atmosphere.
On her own, Amanda loves hiking, reading, music, playing piano, traveling and spending time with her dog Bella.
Andrew Williams, Stylist
Andrew began his hairstyling career after getting too many botched cuts himself. Taking his hair into his own fifteen-year-old hands, he found himself entertained by the psychological and architectural nuances of creating a flattering and original head of hair; he began trying his new hobby on fellow musicians. After a short time, requests for his new cuts became a daily occurrence. Realizing he could be a not-so-starving musician with a license in cosmetology, he began training for his license and graduated shortly after turning seventeen. Andrew's quest for a place to connect with a diverse clientele and eclectic musicians brought him to Asheville and adorn. In his off time, he likes to write songs, study insects, and chug espresso.
Heather Smith, Nail Tech
In 2009 Heather Smith changed a 14-year corporate career to pursue a path in helping women and men feel great about their hands and feet. Heather is an Asheville native, french bulldog owner, philanthropist and lover of the arts who enjoys time with friends, great meals, hot coffee, adventure walks and great movies
